Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor will return to Lisner Auditorium next month.

Sotomayor will again speak about her memoir “My Beloved World,” which chronicles her experiences from childhood in the Bronx to serving on the nation’s highest court.

She was sworn in by President Barack Obama in 2009, becoming the court’s first Hispanic judge.

The event will take place on Jan. 8, and the University will announce a lottery system for tickets two days prior.

She last spoke on campus in January 2013.
