David O'Doherty played at our student pub. I was on the side of the bar with the beer, he was on the "stage" side, so I couldn't really see or hear him--I just heard him banging a keyboard saying "tick tock, tick tock, it's David O'Doherty o'clock," which I thought was funny.

The Irish use the word "like" very strangely. They put it on the end of sentences like. Like that. It still throws me off even now.
